If the Apostle Paul struggled with it, I guess we will too. Being saved however is not just having a relationship with God it is understanding by faith (faith...believing in things unseen) that Jesus Christ is the Son of man born of a virgin Mary sent as a sacrifice for our sins by grace (God's unmerited favor) who died and rose three days later. Of that "True" belief should also come the desire to "get to know or have a relationship" with God through His son Jesus Christ. Because Jesus says no man come to the Father except through Me. True we are to humble ourselves because a humble man (or woman) is more apt to be open to be taught because at that point we do not think highly of ourselves and therefore will believe someone can show us something we don't already know. That "someone" should be the Holy Spirit or as Jesus called our "Counselor". Often times however we turn to many outside sources to be taught at which point the humble man (or woman) could easily become vulnerable. So, it is my prayer daily that I put on the full armor of God! Because without that we could easily fall victim. In addition to prayer...thankfulness. Paul was thankful even being locked up in prison. Makes you think no matter how bad we think we got it there is ALWAYS a reason to thank Him. I agree. To be Truly free:

The “I” Must Die!

In as much as i can ’see’,
That which is of the ‘I’ in me,

Not only has he never lost his love for his youth ministry, but his love for Jesus has grown more, as his personalilty remains humble and servant like. With multiple Doves and Grammy's, it would be easy to get caught up in the things of this world, but Mark stay ccentered and tru to waht Toby Mac says so beautifully, I don't want to gain the whole world and lose my soul. Meeting Mark in person on the Music Boat in 2008 was an experience that Trachena and I will never forget. And don't be fooled for a second, the rest of the band is JUST as humble as Mark. And I never had TRUE LOVE-until I found Jesus!! And thru that-I began dating Christian-and our relationship grew-he came to the church that-how I-ME of all people-found Jesus-and he was completely re-lit on fire. It was so awesome to see-and thru our datin...our relationship with Christ grew-and so so did ours!!! And God so blessed our marriage-it was awesome!! And what he did type-was when I was-of course-so sick prior-everything was put together in a few months-BUT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL THRU HIM!! He has surely blessed us big...and I am so grateful...as for he rarely falls on any of those statements above-which blows me away!! One amazing heart God has given him for all he has to walk thru with my health-and my ex and our child etc etc...Love for Jesus is why I learned to love someone like Christian the way I do-and I praise Him BIG! His love for me is AMAZING with all I put HIM thru-I am one very blessed soul...I thank Him for hanging on to me-giving me second chances to come to Him-and blessing me with this awesome husband...Christian Siebens... @flyingchristian God bless you all!! I certainly don't agree with Mr. Obama on most issues, and though I didn't vote for him myself, he is now our president, and if nothing else, as believers, we need to respect the office that he holds. For those who might disagree, I would ask you to prayerfully consider Romans 13:7-8, which the NKJV tranlslates as, "Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, HONOR TO WHOM HONOR. Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. Thanks for sharing!
